Shipping policy

Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, we are doing everything possible to make your shipment as fast as possible. Please note that there is potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include the tracking number, you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. S&S is not responsible for theses charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
